The Board of Directors:

The AYYA Board of Directors is made up of a diverse group of individuals elected to serve the greater good for the yo-yo community. The Board of Directors is directly elected by the AYYA Members.

Election of the Board of Directors:

Any Member in good standing may nominate a candidate for the Board of Directors. Each nominated individual must be a Member in good standing of the AYYA, and must be at least eighteen years old.

The Board of Directors shall be elected by those members entitled to vote by ballot in November each year. Every AYYA member entitled to vote shall have one vote to cast for each position available on the Board. The nominees receiving the highest number of votes shall become members of the Board. Results will be published on-line as soon after tabulation as possible.

Directors shall serve the AYYA for a period of three years beginning on January 1, and ending when a replacement has been determined. Directors terms are staggered and have no term limits.
