My name is Drew Tomlinson, I’m desperately trying to get hold of a a Yoyo person with amazing skills or some kind of Yoyo act. I am a Casting Director in Los Angeles for the TV show “America's Got Talent” on NBC and we are currently casting for Season 4! 

We are about to announce our national casting tour but feel like your talent is something we would be interested in seeing and I’d like to have you send me a video of any performance footage you have  in the next couple of days so I can present your act to Executives and lock down an audition appointment in advance for you so we can work with your schedule to be sure of your availability.
We have seen some performance footage online, I think you have a great shot at appearing on the show and would love for you to try out!  
This is a chance for incredible publicity!  Last season America's Got Talent reached over 12 million viewers an episode and  Season 2 winner Terry Fator is now the highest paid reality star in the world, signing a $100 million dollar deal for his own show at the Mirage Casino Las Vegas!  If this is something that you are interested in, please let me know right away.

Below I have highlighted the important information you will need if you are interested in participating.

Availability and dates:

Keep in mind that all of this is subject to change until we lock the tour dates for out audition tour.
Last season we went on the road for auditions from the end of January to the middle of April (We visited 13 different locations last season so hopefully there will be an audition location convenient for you), You will initially meet with producers and if you are chosen to move on,to the next round it would be just a few days later in front of our judges David Hasselhoff, Sharon Osbourne and Piers Morgan and a live theatre audience.

After these initial rounds, should you proceed you will be flown to LAS VEGAS for the next rounds sometime in April, where the finalists will be selected for our live shows which will take place sometime in July and August (Acts are NOT paid to be on the show but if you advance past a certain round Travel and Per Diem will be provided).  

We understand that everyone has commitments and where possible we do try to accommodate conflicts etc…if you have any other questions of  if you would like to try out, please find the attached documents and read the info below:

TO BE CONSIDERED AS A CONTESTANT FOLLOW THESE THREE STEPS ASAP:

1.    Make a 2-3 minute videotape of your act. All music performed must be a “cover version” of a popular, published song. NO ORIGINALS please. We will accept VHS & DV tapes along with DVDs. (Please NO hi-8s or formats that need VHS adaptors.) Label the tape or disc with your name, act name, address and phone number.

2.    Download the attached document in this email.  Everyone in the act should each fill out their own paperwork which consists of:

-    Eligibility Requirements
-    Contestant Information Sheet
-    Release and Consent forms

3.    Mail THE VIDEO ASAP to:
